I recently had the pleasure of getting an oil change at Toyota of Meridian, I was fortunate to be assisted by Justin Clark. From the moment I arrived, Justin provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly and welcoming, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to walk me through some recommendations mechanics had to give, ensuring I understood what was happening with my vehicle. His patience and knowledge helped ease any concerns I had, and I left feeling confident about my car's maintenance.

We unexpectedly entered the car market for a new family vehicle. We shopped online first to see which dealerships had the inventory we were looking for. The only location that had what we were looking for in stock was Toyota of Meridian. We were greeted by Mr. Ethan and he pointed us to our new vehicle. We looked at other models that were close to fitting our needs, and Mr. Ethan answered every question that solidified our decision. Mr. Ethan and Mr. John both worked with us to get us the best deal for our purchase. We then got to meet Mrs. Heather that had our paperwork ready to sign and in our hands faster than we have experience before. We would like to thank each one personally for making this buying experience one of the best. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle give Mr. Ethan the opportunity to help you. We drove an hour to the dealership and was not disappointed in the service we recieved.

I had an excellent experience at Toyota of Meridian in upgrading from my old car that was sadly totaled by a deer to a new hybrid that is making just shy of 59 mpg on my typical commute (nearly 9 better than advertised!), which is double what I made before. Ethan concisely explained all the information I asked about or didn’t know I wanted to know and was attentive throughout the time, providing excellent service before during and even after the deal when I approached him with other questions I had about related state laws - he put in effort to ensure I was a 100% satisfied customer! Heather walked us thru all the necessary paperwork with superb efficiency and ensured that the deal allowed for a flexible manner of payment that met my needs without requiring more special efforts on my end. We all worked together to make a deal that edged out a competitor’s car I had been considering. Thank you to Ethan & Heather at Toyota of Meridian for bringing me into the Toyota family in time for the trips I needed to make and providing me peace of mind while making them!

Today I brought my Corolla in for an oil change. The check in and mechanic did geat. They completed the change in less than 40 minutes. I watched my vehicle get parked and then waited for 25 more minutes to be presented with the bill. Seems like a computers slow down....

Justin and the lady's are really sweet they keep you updated and check on you while in the waiting room waiting on your vehicle! There is plenty of drink/snacks free coffee ☕️ and they have fast convince of service!

I forgot we were at the Toyota dealer not my doctors office. We were there for just a tire rotation at 10 00 and didn't leave till after 11 30. I understand that at times it can get very busy and get behind but hey, be honest and let the customer know.

This is the most unprofessional,unorganized and rudest place I have ever had to deal with. Service department never answers the phone nor call you to update you on the status of your vehicle, been having my car for 3 days gave my number 3 times for contact still no one called had to go to the service center just to get an update on car status just to be told parts had to be ordered never heard of a Toyota dealership having to order fuses for a Toyota,Penelope was rude and from my understanding she is always rude .Never seen a dealership so unorganized when it comes to dealing with people transportation.Hopefully I will not have to go back

Probably the best place in town to get normal maintenance done

This dealership was amazing to work with. My highlander had a paint recall and from the moment I first spoke to Tracy (service manager) I immediately felt at ease. Toyota even provided me with a rental car. The whole process was completely seamless. Even Enterprise rental company was great to work with. Overall, this dealership was professional, courteous, and just easy to work with. Fantastic folks, 100% recommend!
