The first time I crunk up this vehicle, it had about 8 lights flash across the dash board. I believe they just cleared the code and sold it AS IS with no warranty!
The service department was not very good about keeping me updated about repairs. Did not update the customer portal with timely updates about what was going on.
Had both vehicles serviced with oil change using a coupon. noticed that a charge for $12.79 For oil additive had been charged. Dont understand why you are charged for oil additive when you are have oil changed every 5,000 miles with a top synthetic oil????? Really wonder if the additive was even put in. If so, probably didn't need the extra quart of oil over the normal charge for 5 quarts. Still don't understand why a full service quick lube bay was not installed in the new facility. New facility has great waiting room and finally clean restroom facilities.

Price was not as advertised, they had cars listed that they didn't have; made so many mistakes and offered to deliver a car, but then didn't put temporary tags on it so, it wasn't legal to drive. Calling to get anything of their mistakes fixed was quite terrible also.
Estimate for service was $60. I had a coupon for oil change for $49.99. Bill was $82 No one could tell me why other than “the computer charges that and we can’t change it” Then said my car used an extra quart of oil. They have done every oil change on my car since it was brand new in 2021 and it has never needed extra oil! That will be the last time they change the oil in my car! They scammed me!

Service writers were excellent. New facilities are great, finally got clean bathrooms and a waiting room that's comfortable, not the old wore out chairs in the old facility. the coffee pot were empty at 11 am. Still don't understand why you don't have a quick lube service bay. Both oil changes were added a oil treatment for $12.89 without asking. Why do you need oil treatment when your using synthetic oil with 5,000 mile changes??? Customer service was great!!!!

Long-term customer. First time had an issue. Request oil change tire rotation. Had a damaged glove box that was entered and a personal supply bag as well. Damaged. Did receive a response that would give a free air filter and repair glove box. Declined.
Not satisfied with the charges from last visit and no attempt was made to even discuss it.
I have had some bad experiences with the service department and the general manager. I hope things will improve under the new ownership.

I had an issue with my sunroof. From my understanding, I was told that they were going to replace the rubber off my whole sunroof, but instead only replaced the middle part. I wish they could have told me they couldn’t replace the whole thing instead of waiting until I paid for the service and then pointed it out to me.

Horrible!!!! I will take my car else where next time. I dropped my car off at 2:30 and never received a call about it so I went to pick it up after 5 when I got off work just to be told it was $100, I never paid that much. I have always took both of my vehicles there.

This review is solely to give praise to Kailey, she works in service at Toyota of Meridian…. I had a Tundra there that had engine issues and it was there for 10 months….. she went out of her way, above and beyond what she should of done to ensure that I was taken care of and to ensure that I was kept up to date of the repairs…. Kailey would be the sole reason that I would ever have anything to do with a Toyota again. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I've been a customer at Toyota Meridian for about a year now. They are great to work with especially Kaylee in the Service Department. I recently had to have my car aligned and that took quite a while. I was told the reason for the delay was due to there are only a few re-alignment bays. Kailey kept me informed as to the process and reason for the delay. All in all I will recommend Toyota of Meridian to friends and family.

I’ve been using this dealership for a while now. Biggest issue I’ve had is scheduling. The last time I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then finally hung up. I called back just to be sent to voicemail. I left a message in my car was never returned. I went online and scheduled.
Extremely friendly and cordial! My wait time wasn't very long. Michael Booker displayed extraordinary customer service skills. I will be requesting to deal with him directly during all future service visits.
The staff was professional and the oil change and tire rotation was a great price.
