Brandi has always been a pleasure to work with. Professional, pleasant, and if she did not know the answer to a question (which is rare) she would get it from the correct person that had the correct answer and in a timely manner! The new place is awesome and I assume that the prices are so high to help pay for the building.
After making an appointment, I showed up at the specified time for an oil change and tire rotation. The new building was a welcomed surprise. With the rain for the last 4 days, I was able to pull into the service staging area without waiting, and staying completely dry. Mr. McKee and the service department were friendly and receptive upon arrival. The oil change and rotation was handled promptly keeping my visit enjoyable and brief.
I would definitely recommend buying your dream car from here! Dylan Nance made sure our car buying process was as smooth as possible. He even stayed two hours after closing time to ensure we left with the vehicle we wanted. He went above and beyond to help us! We will continue to do business with him in the future! I got an oil change and tire rotation on yesterday. The new Toyota of Meridian's building is the best I have been in, especially for service. People were nice and courteous. The coupon savings was the icing on the cake. Yesterday was a win/win.

The new location is amazing. The waiting area is like a huge den with 2 tv’s. It’s really nice and the people are kind and keep you updated while they are working on your vehicle. No issues here.

Ms. Kaylee Salisbury greeted and assisted me as soon as I drove in. I observed other patrons being assisted as I waited for the oil change and tire rotation on my Toyota Highlander XLE, and noticed that all individuals were treated with respect and that associates were eager to assist me with my questions. Poor communication while my car was with them for a month. No one contacted me I had to contact them and was not given details of the process. Poor communication.
The dealership is great period the people there were great period the waiting three hours to have my tires, rotated.And fluids checked not so great. I called to let them know that I was running behind.And asked for a different appointment, and they told me just to come on ahead and come in. I guess everyone came at one time and with even having an appointment.It still took three hours.

We were traveling and my '15 Tacoma started getting sick. We were about an hour east of Meridian on I20, so we stopped here to get it checked out. In short, the seals in front and back of the drive shaft, as well as the center support bearing were shot.
Once we got to the shop, it only took about 30 minutes to get the truck back, make a diagnosis, and get the parts ordered. This was on a Thursday, but the parts didn't arrive until Saturday morning. We got back on the road Saturday afternoon at about 1345hrs.

The new facility is very nice. The staff were friendly as well. I went in to get an oil change and the wait wasn’t bad. However I got back to my vehicle and there was oily finger prints on my drivers side door, my gear shift and my steering wheel.

Salesman, Josh Moore was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and aggressive but not overly aggressive in getting my business which means a lot to me.
