Incredible service! Our family was traveling through the area when the vehicle A/C quit working. Ethan greeted us as we pulled in and helped us get to the service area. Penny and everyone working at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. This place was very busy, but we couldn’t help noticing how nice the staff were working with folks. The mechanic explained issue and even gave us some valuable information while traveling. We highly recommend this business!

Today I brought my Corolla in for an oil change. The check in and mechanic did geat. They completed the change in less than 40 minutes. I watched my vehicle get parked and then waited for 25 more minutes to be presented with the bill. Seems like a computers slow down....

I forgot we were at the Toyota dealer not my doctors office. We were there for just a tire rotation at 10 00 and didn't leave till after 11 30. I understand that at times it can get very busy and get behind but hey, be honest and let the customer know.

This is the most unprofessional,unorganized and rudest place I have ever had to deal with. Service department never answers the phone nor call you to update you on the status of your vehicle, been having my car for 3 days gave my number 3 times for contact still no one called had to go to the service center just to get an update on car status just to be told parts had to be ordered never heard of a Toyota dealership having to order fuses for a Toyota,Penelope was rude and from my understanding she is always rude .Never seen ...

This dealership was amazing to work with. My highlander had a paint recall and from the moment I first spoke to Tracy (service manager) I immediately felt at ease. Toyota even provided me with a rental car. The whole process was completely seamless. Even Enterprise rental company was great to work with. Overall, this dealership was professional, courteous, and just easy to work with. Fantastic folks, 100% recommend!

Took a relative there for scheduled repairs to their vehicle....ample seating in the waiting room....there's free coffee and a vending machine with limited soda choices.....friendly courteous associates and relatively clean space.....repairs were done in a timely manner.

The people working here are top-notch. We broke down on the road coming home from Texas on a late Saturday afternoon. Even though our car was not a Toyota, and they were getting ready to leave for the weekend, they took us in, diagnosed, and fixed our car while we waited! Penny, Wes, and Michael were friendly, professional, and competent. We were back on the road shortly after we limped in to the dealership. Even though we live out-of-state, we may have to come back here for our next car/service.
