Policies

Deposit– All Rentals come with a $250 Deposit that will be returned to each customer as long as the vehicle returns in full original condition.

Age– All renters and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age

Cancellation – cancellations are requested to be made as soon as possible, either by phone or email. Failure to do so could result in a fee.

Cleaning – There will be an additional $400 cleaning fee applied to your rental if the vehicle is extremely dirty inside and out, smoked in or pets have been in it without the agreement of our pet fee.

Drivers License – Renters and additional drivers must provide valid drivers license.

Fuel – The gas tank must be returned with a full tank of gas as you received the rental.

Insurance – Renters must provide Full Coverage Insurance. Renters may be held financially responsible for damages to the vehicle regardless of fault. Renters are responsible for all charges associated with a vehicle accident, this may include but not be limited to loss of fees, towing and storage, police report fees, administrative fees, daily, or weekly rental rates, any taxes, surcharges, and daily extras until vehicle is returned to original rental location.

No-Shows – No Shows will be charged the Deposit of $250 and one day of rental

Rules -We allow pets with an nonrefundable up-charge of $125.

Smoking – All rentals are non-smoking vehicles. Renters who choose to smoke in a vehicle will be subject to a $150.00 fee upon return plus $400 cleaning fee.

Taxes -State and Rental Tax Apply

Traveling to Canada – Canada is an acceptable destination for our rental vehicles. The customer will be responsible for displaying a valid passport and any subsequent documentation required at the border.

Traveling to Mexico – Mexico is NOT an approved destination for our rental vehicles, and traveling there is strictly prohibited on the rental agreement.
