Are you guaranteed a rental when a reservation is made?
We suggest calling to verify we received your rental appointment and vehicle request to verify that the dates and vehicle are both available and that your information is correct and that you understand all that is required to rent a Toyota
Do we sell insurance?
No, you must provide your own full coverage insurance policy.
Can you drop off a rental at another location?
Rentals must be returned to the location it was picked up from.
When do I pay?
You must pay a deposit and rental on the day of reservation. Your deposit will be returned once the vehicle is returned in evaluated that it is in the condition your received it
Can we deliver a rental?
We can NOT deliver a rental to your location. You must show in person to rent a vehicle.
Can a friend drive?
No unauthorized person may drive the rental vehicle unless on rental agreement.
Do additional drivers have to be present when picking up rental?
All drivers must be present on the day of pick up and must provide license and insurance to be added to the rental agreement.
Is the deposit included in the final price of the rental?
The deposit and the bill for the rental are two separate prices.
Do we rent any other vehicle besides Toyota?
We only rent Toyota vehicles.
How far out can you book a rental?
All reservations must be made the current month or one month in advance.
Can we loan cars?
NO, Toyota of Meridian Rental Department does not loan cars.
